About Compass

Everyone deserves the opportunity to fully participate in what brings them joy! Pain and movement limitations can strip away our freedom and hinder us from enjoying the activities we cherish. Compass PT and Wellness is committed to providing premium concierge therapy to guide you to improved health and well-being, and get you back to doing what you love.

Why should I go out-of-network?

At Compass PT and Wellness, we provide exceptional care by not accepting insurance. This allows us to prioritize your needs without your insurance company dictating your plan of care.

The physical therapy industry, in response to dwindling insurance reimbursements, has been forced to compromise the care of patients. Clinics have responded by decreasing appointment durations, scheduling multiple patients at once, or having patients spend only a partial session with a therapist before passing them off to a less-skilled clinician. Stepping away from insurance enables us to operate in a way these other clinics can't:

  • Extended sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy

  • Highly individualized care

  • Holistic approach - insurance does not dictate the interventions we can use or what parts of your body we can address

  • You have a say in your treatment

That doesn't mean that insurance won't pay what they owe you!

As an out-of-network provider, I will provide you with a document to submit to your insurance company, who will pay you the portion of the service they owe. This percentage varies based on your insurance plan but is often 50-80% after you've met your deductible.

Hello! I'm Jesse, physical therapist and owner of Compass PT and Wellness. I want to help you reclaim your active lifestyle and get back to doing what you love. I'm here to guide you, support you, and cheer you on every step of the way.   When I'm not busy helping people like you, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors, especially with my wife, daughter, and our two dogs. You might catch me camping, backpacking, canoeing, hunting, fishing, or simply stargazing. When I don't have time to make it up into the mountains, you may find me bladesmithing, rollerblading with the family or just catching up on Netflix.
